My mashed potatoes are so good you don’t even need gravy.
So, in the interest of the common good I’ve decided to share:
5 lbs of potatoes, I preper Yukon but any will work
Semi peel the potatoes. I leave the skins on just skinning off the parts that need it.
Quarter the potatoes
Once they’ve cooked add:
1/4 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 stick of butter
salt and pepper to taste
I hope I’m not over stating this but…
They. Are. Divine.
